Details about the Care Provider :
Cheshire Wildlife Trust runs a range of community engagement activities.

Our Natural Futures project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund has created new opportunities for us to help and support the community.

Along with furthering our offer to our current volunteers we have been able to engage with new audiences through various programmes:

Access Programme - working with young unemployed people via job centres to learn conservation skills.
Wellbeing Programme - to use volunteering on our nature reserves as a way to help those with mental health difficulties.
Brightlife Project - this project is for those aged over 50 who are at risk of being socially isolated.
Kids - we are the leading nature charity in the region offering high quality environmental education field trips and tailored sessions for your school or community group
